We have a new Digital Marketing Intern on our team: Maggie Mahr! Maggie comes to us after graduating from the University of Kansas with a Strategic Communications degree with a minor in Business.
While she was initially a business major, she switched to strat com after realizing that business didn’t offer her the real creativity that she wanted out of her education. We love it because that means we get both her analytical, business-minded background mixed with the love for finding new and innovative ways to communicate.
The best part about Maggie? She’s always up for a challenge. She has easily mixed into our fast-paced environment and has happily taken on any project, no matter the size or complexity.
In the short time that she’s been here, she’s pushed us to think outside the box for a few clients while also completing some in-depth industry and SEO research (ever heard of a Heuristic Analysis? That’s just one of the many things she’s been working on while here.)

When not being an amazing addition to our team on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Maggie enjoys listening to and discovering new music, reading, and going on drives with friends. She says that her taste is pretty “genre-fluid” but still has an undying love for Justin Bieber that hasn’t gone away since age 11.
We’re trying to get her to add to our MAKE Team Spotify playlist, but in between all the other learning and work that she’s doing for us, there just isn’t enough time in the day!
